MOQ varies by product category. For floor scrubbers and pressure washers, the typical MOQ is 5-10 units per model. For industrial wipes, MOQ is 50-100 cartons. What is the typical lead time?

Standard product lead time is 15-25 working days after order confirmation and deposit. For OEM/ODM orders, please allow 30-45 working days including sample development and testing. Rush orders can be arranged with expedited production for an additional fee. We provide regular production status updates throughout the manufacturing process.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T (bank wire transfer) as standard payment terms: 30% deposit to start production, 70% balance before shipment. For established customers with good credit history, L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight is also acceptable. We also accept payments via Alibaba Trade Assurance for qualifying orders. Minimum transaction amount is typically USD 1,000.

We can apply your logo via silk screening, laser engraving, or adhesive labels. Custom packaging with your brand design is available with MOQ of 500 units for carton printing.
